Originally purchased to help my cold hands issue, but I found them very comfortable to wear in general, probably due to the support to blood circulation. You feel warm and comfortable wearing them during the day or at night. I also had some soreness to one wrist, and wanted to see if the gloves could help. After wearing the gloves 2 nights and a couple of hours since 1 week, I can already feel a good improvement. I will also try the gloves on my next ski trip to wear under ski gloves, let's see how this feels.
